Flour, water and salt
Life is too short to eat bread with additives - when all it takes is good flour, water and a little bit of salt. We are proud to offer bread of high quality without any additives. To achieve the best flavor, we use only the best ingredients we can get a hold of for each season.
Our cooperation with the farmers, the miller and everyone who helps us get the best ingredients available are of great importance to us. We bake all our bread with organic flour from Wästgötarna and Limabacka. Wästgötarna is a cooperative of nine farmers only an hour from Gothenburg, who specialize in organic cultivation of varietals of grain that go as far back as the Stone Age. Limabacka offers organic flour from the farm lands of Halland.
