This is what a modern espresso should taste like. Vibrant with a lighter body and a nice harmony between sweetness, acidity and bitterness. As all our blends, the content varies due to harvest season, but the balance between the different flavors stays the same. Elegant and vibrant, as a modern espresso should be.

1993 KLASSISK espresso

Our interpretation of a classic espresso is a tribute to the tradition, with our own twist. We stay close to the origin, but choose the quality that we want, blend beans after harvest and roast carefully. The result is a full bodied, spicy espresso with notes of dark chocolate. This is da Matteos interpretation of a classic.
